In consideration of my acceptance/registration into this tournament, I, my heirs, executors, and administrators waive and release the Norwalk-Ontario-Wilton School District, its representatives and employees, as well as parents, coaches, sponsors, workers, their agents, representatives, committees, and members from any and all claims or rights to damages for injuries while competing in or traveling to or from this tournament. I also give permission for emergency medical treatment. The above mentioned are also not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
